Senior Security Analyst

We're seeking a Red Team Assessment Specialist (2-5 years) to join our cybersecurity team.

About the Role - As a Red Team Assessment Specialist, you will simulate real-world attacks on our organization's computer systems, networks, and applications to test their defenses and identify vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Red Team Assessments: Plan, execute, and report on simulated attacks against our organization's systems, networks, and applications.
• Identify Vulnerabilities: Discover and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications to demonstrate potential attack vectors.
• Develop Exploitation Techniques: Create custom exploitation tools and techniques to simulate real-world attacks.
• Analyze and Report Findings: Analyze assessment results, identify key findings, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Collaborate with Blue Team: Work closely with our Blue Team to ensure that our defenses are robust and effective.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Threats: Continuously update your knowledge of emerging threats, tactics, and techniques.
• External Attack Surface Mapping: Capability to scan and detect exposed services, shadow Infra and web portal across the environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or a related field.
• Certifications: CEH, OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent certifications is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Powershell, C++, or Java.
• Experience with exploitation frameworks such as Metasploit or Burp Suite.
• Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1) This is a work from office job - Thane/Vikhroli - Mumbai

2) Immediate joiners are preferred

3) CRTP/OSCP/OSCE/CEH added advantage

4) Good to have knowledge or hands on experience in Active Directory Pen testing.
