Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Manager to lead a team of project managers across the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of implementation and advisory projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and company best practices. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers across the Asia Pacific region
  • Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance on project management best practices, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations

Project Oversight & Delivery

  • Oversee the successful execution of implementation and advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Define and enforce project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and escalations to ensure seamless execution
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, leveraging data-driven insights

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the region
  • Work closely with customers to ensure project alignment with business needs and value realization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical teams, to optimize project outcomes
  • Manage escalations effectively, resolving issues with a customer-first approach

Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence

  • Align regional project management strategies with Autodesk’s global vision and objectives
  • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning for effective project delivery
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to drive insights and improve project efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Autodesk’s policies, industry regulations, and project governance frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience, with 3 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Experience in managing implementation and advisory projects, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology consulting industries
  • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Ability to navigate cultural and regional differences
