Working Schedule : 9am-5pm EST - Fully Remote Position

Salary Range :$2500-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience)

Contract: Contract-based employment with US company

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Support to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full stack development, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for web applications and software platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to both frontend and backend systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and address technical concerns.
  • Assist in monitoring application health and performance, proactively identifying potential issues.
  • Implement and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows for better efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in full stack development and technical support roles.
  • Proven Experience supporting both web and mobile application.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, TypeScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong backend development skills with experience in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Have an understanding of swift/java in order to deploy applications.
  • Experience with object oriented, functional, and procedural programming styles. GIT, GitHub, and GitHub Actions experience. Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Must have AWS experience
  • Nice to have ability to write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, and packaging applications using Docker.
  • Nice to have experience with component UI libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.
  • Nice to have Experience integrating AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar tools into your daily workflow
  • Experience with debugging tools, logging frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
