Overview

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is on the lookout for an Operations T&E (Training & Enablement) Project Coordinator with experience in collaborating with multiple teams, knowledge of technology, who can empathize with the trials and tribulations of designing and maintaining process and a scalable organization. As the project manager, you are the bridge between our education managers and tools and infostructure.

The role requires someone who can take a complex project and break it down to all the sub tasks needed to make sure we hit our deadlines. The team relays on this individual to keep everyone aligned on the bigger picture and identify roadblocks along the way. You will serve as the operational manager for this department. Ensuring the sprints are running smoothly and all the processes are designed to perfection. Working closely with the director of training and enablement to maintain the teams KPIs and support their growth.

We are seeking a highly adaptable Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Our Operations T&E Project Manager must have a strong penchant for technical aptitude along with personality strengths in self-starting and being a proactive instigator. A proven track record of managing development projects end-to-end including requirements gathering, scoping document creation, design review, sprint planning, QA and UAT is a plus.

The Task-at-Hand

  • Become an expert in the Customer Success Operations processes with specific focus on the Training & Enablement team.
  • Manage and organize Customer Success Training & Enablement quarterly sprint planning
  • Manage and organize Customer Success employee Onboarding programs including meeting scheduling, internal communications and session scheduling
  • Manage and prepare (including curating content) internal communications, including internal newsletters.
  • Execute external customer communications. Examples are product releases and external newsletters.
  • Manage and organize Customer Success quarterly digital event where CS team members will discuss specific customers in a webinar (this includes sending invites, manage sign up process).
  • Manage and organize monthly Live Training event (this includes sending invites, manage sign up process and follow ups).
  • Maintain and enhance current KPI tracking for Training & Enablement team


Optimal Skills For Success

  • 1+ years of experience with online events and webinars organization, coordination and management at a complex organization
  • BS in Project Management or equivalent
  • Familiarity with e-commerce specific terms and configuration is preferred
  • Excellent time management and strong organization skills
  • Experience with Salesforce of similar CRM solution
  • Experience with Jira of similar Project management solution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse team settings. Primary working language will be English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key


Nice To Have

  • Experience with LMS (learning management system) like Skilljar
  • Experience with ChurnZero or similar Customer Success Solution
