Digital Data Analyst – R&D Accelerator

Remote Working: 2 days remote working, 3 days on-site

We're looking for creative, curious Data Analysts to join our R&D Accelerator. Be part of a team developing innovative digital products aimed at halving the time it takes to safely bring effective therapies to patients.

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst you'll contribute to solution design and play a key role in ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi's data, as well as:

• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature generation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data models and definitions
• Gather requirements for sustainable data management
• Develop and implement data management standards and best practices
  
  

What We're Looking For

Initiative-taking problem solvers with an eye for detail who think critically and apply a highly analytical approach to their work.

Skills And Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data profiling
• Familiar with cloud computing (AWS)
• Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and the Informatica Suite
• Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or equivalent experience in a Data Analytics role
  
  

Experience

• Significant experience in a Data Analyst role
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
• Strong understanding of databases and data management tools e.g., business glossaries, metadata, cataloguing, data quality
• Experience working in Lean and Agile environments
• Knowledge and experience of privacy laws
  
  

Experience working within the healthcare sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
