Main tasks
- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsibilities include leading the strategy for the technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships related to technology
- Oversee all architecture design and changes in Camerfirma’ Intellectual Property
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future Camerfirma’s needs
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies
- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Support the qualification and certification maintenance as a qualified trusted service provider. In addition, ISO 9001, 27001 and ENS certifications
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the procedures defined in Camerfirma's Certification Practice Statement
- Support the maintenance of the documentation required for the service, auditing equipment initialization and key ceremonies
- Integrate, manage and monitor PKI systems and their certificate policies
- Advise the various departments of the company with respect to Trusted Services and Security, Quality and GDPR regulations
- Leading the development and updating of the company security policies and standards
- Lead the monitoring and control of security risk indicators, in addition to coordinating a rapid response to any security incident.
- Ensure the Business Continuity Plan, including the contingency and disaster recovery plan
- Promote a Cybersecurity and Trust Services training and awareness plan for the entire organization
- Supervise compliance with all provisions of the GDPR-

- Previous working experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for at least 5 years
- Previous experience in audits of trust services, electronic identification and signature
- High level of knowledge in eiDAS Regulation, trust services and complementary ETSI standards (ETSI 319 401, 319 411-1, 319 411-2, 319 421, 119 431-1)
- Experience of more than 3 years in risk management and implementation of security policies
- Experience in internal GDPR audits, Digital Signatures, Digital Certificates, Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, web systems architecture, design and development
Educational Background
- Master’s in engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Di CISA certification
