Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Senior Front-End React Developer to join our engineering team and lead the development of high-performance web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences that enhance our AI-powered platform.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement engaging UI/UX features.
• Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to improve user experience.
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development focused on React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern styling solutions (Styled Components, CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS).
• Familiarity with API integrations (GraphQL, RESTful services).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with frameworks like Next.js, Redux, or MobX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
• Exposure to AI-related user interface design and visualization.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000/year + Equity + Bonus.
