Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Work Zone Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of digital workplace experiences using SAP Build Work Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging and unified user experiences by integrating various SAP and third-party solutions into a centralized digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Work Zone for enterprise clients.
- Design and build intuitive, role-based landing pages and digital workspaces.
- Integrate Work Zone with SAP systems such as S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and third-party applications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
- Develop custom widgets, cards, and UI integrations using SAP UI5 and other supported technologies.
- Ensure seamless access and navigation for users across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with security teams to manage role-based access and permissions.
- Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Fiori / UX and at least 1–2 years of experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Launchpad Service.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Identity Services, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SAP UI5.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging UI/UX experiences within enterprise settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and offshore/onshore collaboration.
- SAP certification in SAP Work Zone or SAP BTP is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, or SAP Mobile Start.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, or other key SAP solutions.
