Product Designer

StakeWise is a modular protocol for permissionless liquid staking on Ethereum and Gnosis Chain. With over $300M staked through our smart contracts and a growing roster of industry-leading partners, we are excited to enable financial autonomy for tens of thousands of users through the staking and application of digital assets in DeFi.

As we expand our portfolio of products and services, we are looking for a rockstar Product Designer to join our team.

You will work with colleagues who are singularly focused on providing users with a great staking experience. Your goal will be to adapt the StakeWise UI and brand to the changes in the StakeWise product portfolio, setting and clearing a high benchmark in terms of usability and visuals.

What you will do:

• Own the design process from concept to final implementation. This includes wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs ready for development.
• Contribute to and help maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements
• Use professional judgment and refined taste to inform the direction of the StakeWise brand identity

This role is fully remote.

Requirements:

• Previous 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a start-up company
• Expert knowledge of Figma & related tools
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value
• Excellent communication and experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong ownership - we immensely value people that are self-driven and take responsibility for delivering on an ambitious vision

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience in fintech, or traditional finance organization
• Familiarity with the design choices of web3 companies and knowledge of UX pain points in crypto
• Formal education in art-related fields
