We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager:
- Provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager with daily operational management and task execution for the IT merger project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and tracking logs.
- Support the coordination, scheduling, and material preparation for project meetings, specialized technical workshops, and user requirement gathering sessions.
- Serve as a key communication liaison between technical experts, business end-users, and relevant stakeholders concerning the design and rollout of file server and messaging solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and management of meeting minutes, action item tracking, and overall project documentation.
- Provide coordination support for distinct workstreams focused on IT infrastructure migration and integration activities.
- Assist in compiling information for project status updates and reports as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
How do we imagine our future Junior Project Manager?
- 2–3 years of experience supporting or leading small to medium-sized projects.
- Experience with project status reporting, budget planning, and requirement specification.
- Possess a good understanding of IT environments and infrastructure elements (e.g., networks, servers, messaging).
- Prior involvement in projects concerning IT migration or corporate mergers will be considered a major asset.
- Professional experience within the financial services industry, particularly banking or management companies (Mancos), is beneficial.
- Competence in writing documentation and preparing test cases.
- Familiarity with project and PMO methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or German are considered assets.
