Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead and execute all user experience and design related topic at a domain level in order to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business needs.

The Bolt Delivery Product team’s goal is to provide value to the three-sided food delivery marketplace and ensure that everyone, from couriers to eaters to restaurants, can benefit from the solutions we build.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for understanding which problems are important to users and drive their usage within the domain. You will then translate this understanding into domain-level metrics for the team.

We’re looking for someone that is able to discover valuable user and business opportunities in alignment with the domain strategy, and deliver high quality solutions that are simple and intuitive to address customer problems.

Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influences their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Advocating for the user and ensure that design decisions are based on user research and feedback.
• Collaborating with user researchers, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability.
• Contribute to or develop design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products.
• Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Managing design projects, adhere to timelines, and balance multiple tasks.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and have shipped digital products that serve millions of users.
• You have designed digital products on mobile and web platforms.
• You have strong proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.
• You should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user interface and user experience design.
• Your strengths include strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of creativity.
• You possess knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
• You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
