We are looking for an Android App Developer with experience in mobile app development at CloudApper Turkey. This role involves interacting with other development teams, product users, and product managers.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Integrate Android applications with backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, structure, and automation.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK and core Android components.
- Hands-on experience with Android Studio and Git for version control.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and networking in Android applications.
- Knowledge of SQLite and Room database for efficient data storage.
- Basic understanding of software architecture patterns like MVVM, MVC, or MVP.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Android app development.
- A fun, open-minded, and collaborative attitude to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- An understanding of human behavior and user experience for better application design.
- Experience in animation and game development for Android devices is a plus.
- Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Good database design knowledge, with experience in NoSQL databases being a plus.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication.
