What we’re looking for:

• 2 + years of design experience preferably in mobile applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related fields
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills (in Turkish and English – min B1 level)
• Strong leadership presence to facilitate collaboration between Design and Tech
• Ability to understand complicated product features as well as tech and business limitations and requirements to translate these into design specifications
• Deep understanding of wireframe tools
• Advanced up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Being passionate to use new technologies and techniques in projects
• Ability to quickly learn and unlearn
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem solving and critical and analytical thinking skills

What you’ll do:

We are looking for new teammates who will design and turn our software into easy-to-use products for our client and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

As a UX & UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering UX mock-ups and prototypes, developing application structure, task-flow and final interface design for multiple projects to ensure mobile excellence.

• Contribute to the whole product design lifecycle including ideation, designing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, visual design, and creating detailed product specifications
• Day to day, work closely with clients, Project Managers, Product Development & Quality Analysts, development team and stakeholders across the company
• Utilize a user-centric approach to developing solutions that are scalable, simple, and effective to our clients
• Develop deep empathy for our clients, using research including usability testing to inform design solutions
