At ACENSI, we partner with leading organizations to deliver high-impact digital solutions. As part of our growing Front-End & Design Systems practice, we are seeking a Front-End Developer with a strong passion for design systems and a sharp eye for building reusable, scalable UI components.

In this role, you’ll support one of our top-tier clients in creating a robust and unified design system that spans multiple platforms and digital products. If you're excited about shaping consistent and accessible user experiences through thoughtful engineering, we’d love to have you onboard.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain a design system including a component library, style guide, and clear documentation.
• Manage and evolve the Storybook instance, ensuring well-documented and interactive components.
• Implement both Close Props API and Component API strategies to ensure a flexible, scalable system architecture.
• Build accessible React components using Radix UI, focusing on performance and consistency.
• Contribute to hyper-personalization through integration with Contentstack and Uniform.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure alignment with brand and product vision.
• Write clean, testable code with React and TypeScript, following industry best practices.
• Participate in peer code reviews and continuously improve dev workflows and system scalability.
• Stay on top of emerging front-end and design system trends.

🧩 What You Bring

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on design systems.
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context API, state management like Redux or React Query).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Storybook for a design system.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS Modules, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Radix UI for accessible UI components.
• Experience working with Contentstack and Uniform for headless CMS and personalization.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio that highlights your design system experience is required.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Contributions to open-source design system projects
• Advanced use of Storybook plugins and enablers
