Senior Software Engineer

About the Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Golang.
• Modernize a legacy lending system with a focus on platformization, extensibility, testability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, effectively navigating ambiguity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner with external vendors to integrate the lending system with third-party offerings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and business stakeholders, to shape technical direction and define feature requirements.

About the Requirements:

• 5 - 15 years of hands-on experience in developing distributed systems that are scalable and reliable.
• Minimum 2 years of strong experience in Golang, along with familiarity with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s), Redis, Aerospike, and MySQL.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
• Solid domain knowledge in lending, with experience building core lending platforms and integrating with third-party solutions like Mambu or other LMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to influence technical decisions and drive feature development.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
