About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and MarTech consulting to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing complex marketing initiatives for global clients, including industry leaders such as Google Cloud, HP, Standard Chartered, Microsoft, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects and programs for global B2B clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design, implement, and measure ABM and digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure the successful integration and utilization of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
- Drive customer journey design initiatives to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and conversion rates.
- Apply Agile methodologies and utilize tools such as Asana, Salesloft, and VectorX to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.
- Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including clients, creative teams, and technical leads.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in digital marketing or MarTech consulting.
- Proven track record of working with global enterprise clients (e.g., Google Cloud, HP, Microsoft, Standard Chartered).
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B marketing, and customer journey design.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Salesloft, VectorX).
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, Pega Decisioning, or Google Analytics.
- Experience working in a marketing consultancy, digital agency, or SaaS environment.
- Multilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay is a strong plus.
