What You Will Do:

• User-Centric Product Development
• Conduct in-depth user research (interviews/surveys) to identify pain points and translate insights into actionable AI product roadmaps.
• Design MVP prototypes using Figma/Miro, validating hypotheses through iterative A/B testing.
• Build closed-loop user feedback systems integrating LLM-powered experience analytics.
• Technical Implementation Leadership
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to optimize AI solutions that balance technical feasibility and user value propositions.
• Establish agile iteration mechanisms for AI model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Drive alignment across engineering, data science and business units to prioritize feature development.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation for global scaling initiatives.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in AI, Computer Science, HCI, or related technical fields.
• User Empathy: Demonstrate ability to uncover latent needs through behavioral analysis.
• Global Perspective: Understand cross-cultural product adoption patterns.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hackathon/startup experience preferred.
• Rapid Learning Agility: Master emerging AI tools within compressed timelines.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Experience: Hands-on experience in all stages of the AI product lifecycle from concept validation to deployment.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in SQL/Python for deriving quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
• Portfolio (Optional, but highly recommended): A portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience in building products from the ground up (0→1), with relevant case studies or examples that highlight your ability to drive product development. While submitting a portfolio is not mandatory, it will be considered a valuable asset and strongly encouraged. Please include it with your resume as part of your application, if applicable.
• Previous Internship Experience: Prior experience in AI product management roles is highly preferred.
