AI Program Manager

The AI Program Manager would oversee the planning, execution, and successful integration of AI technologies across clients diverse business units, ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals.

1. Strategic Planning

• Identify AI opportunities within each business unit (e.g., predictive maintenance in construction, customer personalization in F&B, automation in agriculture).
• Define roadmaps and KPIs for AI projects that align with digital transformation goals.

2. Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers, business analysts).
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of AI products or features.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure smooth integration of AI tools.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

4. Data Governance & Ethics

• Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Work on data privacy, model transparency, and fairness — especially important in healthcare or real estate applications.

5. Change Management & Training

• Drive organizational readiness by creating training programs for employees to adopt AI tools.
• Facilitate a culture of innovation and digital literacy.

6. Performance Evaluation
