Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented PMGM / LMS Specialist (Offshore) to support and enhance our Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms and will work closely with HR, IT, and global business teams to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented PMGM / LMS Specialist (Offshore) to support and enhance our Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms and will work closely with HR, IT, and global business teams to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end configuration, administration, and support of PMGM (Performance & Goals) and LMS modules.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Handle user management, role assignments, workflows, and permission settings within PMGM and LMS systems.
- Develop and maintain learning content, course catalogs, performance templates, and goal libraries.
- Support annual performance review cycles and training programs through technical setup and troubleshooting.
- Conduct testing, system upgrades, and UAT coordination.
- Provide user support and training materials to ensure adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and manage enhancements.
- Work with integration teams to ensure data consistency between HR systems (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, etc.).
- Generate and automate reports and dashboards for HR and business use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and/or LMS or equivalent platforms.
- Experience in global/offshore support models and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR processes related to performance management, talent development, and training.
- Proficient in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- SuccessFactors certification in PMGM and/or LMS modules.
- Experience with other HCM tools or integration platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance standards, and eLearning content formats (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
