Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of project goals.
• Remove impediments that hinder the scrum team’s progress.
• Guide the team in the adoption of Agile practices while ensuring compliance with Scrum framework.
• Monitor and report on project progress, metrics, and overall team performance.
• Develop and maintain program and project plans, ensuring clarity on milestones and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on program progress.
• Actively manage risks by identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and team assignments.
• Ensure effective collaboration between team members, promoting open communication and information sharing.
• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts within the team for enhanced productivity.
• Support the Product Owner in managing backlogs and refining user stories.
• Assist in preparing project documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
• Drive the team's adherence to best practices in program management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience in program management and leading multi-functional teams.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Advanced knowledge in risk management strategies.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
