Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Architect located in Buenos Aires. The Application Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing software architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include architecting scalable and reliable applications, collaborating with development teams, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance. The Application Architect will also work on performance optimization and address security concerns related to applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing scalable, high-performing, and secure applications.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, or NoSQL solutions)
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise application development using Java
• Familiarity with front-end/mobile technologies (JS, React/React Native, Kotlin) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot)
• Familiarity with MuleSoft API design, implementation, and management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
