Chief SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief SharePoint Developer to oversee and drive our SharePoint initiatives.

This role integrates deep technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including managing a development team, ensuring project success, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the SharePoint development team to deliver quality results within deadlines
Conduct SharePoint development activities, such as coding, debugging, and designing scalable solutions
Define project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and manage release cycles effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with business objectives
Facilitate team meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and identify actionable strategies
Supervise release planning, ensuring scheduling, risk management, and smooth deployment coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices across all phases
Mentor team members to nurture skill advancement, accountability, and teamwork
Stay informed about advancements in SharePoint technologies to continuously improve workflows and solutions

Requirements

Background in SharePoint development with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience
Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
Understanding of resource management, stakeholder engagement, and release planning
Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical analysis
Proficiency in leading teams, mentoring members, and managing communication effectively
Proven experience in managing projects in high-pressure and fast-moving environments
Flexibility to adopt new technologies and integrate tools into current workflows seamlessly
Familiarity with English communication at a B2+ proficiency level
