Talent Management - Functional Analyst

Supply and Demand Management:

Assist in the development and execution of Supply and Demand management processes. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Create, support, and provide training to DOO S/D Service Practitioners. Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities.

Agile PI Planning & ADO Management:

Lead Agile PI Planning sessions, ensuring effective planning and execution.

Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) tools for tracking and reporting Agile projects.

Ensure the successful execution and tracking of all Agile initiatives to meet project goals.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Power BI

Excel ( Pivot Tables, Macros & VBA, Power Query)

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).

Experience in Supply and Demand management.

Knowledge of project governance and reporting best practices.
