Your mission
Role
We are looking for a Talent Development Lead (f/m/d) who will play a key role in shaping and executing our learning and development strategies. Your main tasks will be:
- Performance Management: Enhance performance management processes, guide managers on reviews, and ensure actionable outcomes and transparent communication. Introduce appropriate tools/software.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership initiatives, partner with senior leaders to address capability gaps, deliver coaching and training if needed, and embed leadership competencies into performance management.
- Talent Development Programs: Align development initiatives with business goals, lead employee engagement strategies (including surveys and action planning), and create scalable learning solutions. Oversee the company-wide appraisal processes, ensuring transparency and alignment with performance culture.
- Collaboration & Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Talent Development, reporting directly to our VP of Human Resources, and take full ownership of this function. Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance across the organisation.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in various aspects of talent development, with a strong track record on leadership development and performance management frameworks.
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment, being able to bring strategy to fruition quickly - even if it is an “initial rollout” that is finessed over time.
- Excellent project management and execution skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Professional-level English skills both written and spoken.
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Experience working with HR technology, learning platforms, and competency frameworks.
- Background in a start-up or scale-up environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility in dynamic settings.

- Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognise and reward talent. In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement, the minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,843. However, the actual compensation package will be tailored to your qualifications and experience.
