Generative AI Engineer

Right now, we’re on the hunt for 1 Dutch Conversational AI Designer to join us on an exciting mission, where tech and people come together to redefine how brands talk to their customers.

You’ll help shape AI-driven conversations that feel human, make sense.

What you’ll do:

• Craft clear, intuitive, and engaging dialogues in DUTCH.
• Use tools like Voiceflow and Dialogflow CX to design smart chatbot and voicebot flows.
• Collaborate closely with AI experts, UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Train our bots to better understand users and improve their answers.
• Dive into real user data and logs to spot friction points — and fix them.
• Take the lead in coaching or sharing knowledge with your teammates. (You’ll be the go-to for AI copy!)
• Constantly look for ways to improve tone, flow, clarity, and consistency.

What you bring:

• Solid experience in conversational copywriting, AI prompting, or UX writing.
• You’ve built or configured chat or voice interactions before (chatbots, IVR, Google Assistant, etc.).
• You write like a human — clear, on-brand, user-first.
• You’re fluent in English and either Dutch or French (depending on the role).
• You understand the basics of AI and NLP — not as a developer, but enough to work smart with the tech.
• You’re curious, proactive, and comfortable with change and iteration.
• You like working in a squad — with designers, devs, and product teams — and you value feedback.

Strong points:

• Know your way around Voiceflow or Dialogflow CX
• Have worked on voice experiences (Alexa, Google Assistant, IVR)
• Bring a strategic mindset to your words — thinking beyond copy
• Can guide others and raise the bar for content quality
