Bioinformatician for AI in Antibody Development

We are looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to join our team in Tartu. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of AI-based tools in antibody research. This is an opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

• Monitor scientific literature and software developments in antibody AI research
• Evaluate, implement, and benchmark AI-based bioinformatics tools
• Deploy and maintain bioinformatics software tools
• Analyze large-scale antibody and protein datasets, perform computational experiments, and interpret results
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal use and external communication

• MSc or PhD degree in Bioinformatics
• Background in protein or antibody bioinformatics
• Experience using GitHub for tool management and implementation
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: experience in machine learning, high-performance computing, or experimental antibody discovery
