We are looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to join our team in Tartu. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of AI-based tools in antibody research. This is an opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.
- Monitor scientific literature and software developments in antibody AI research
- Evaluate, implement, and benchmark AI-based bioinformatics tools
- Deploy and maintain bioinformatics software tools
- Analyze large-scale antibody and protein datasets, perform computational experiments, and interpret results
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal use and external communication
- MSc or PhD degree in Bioinformatics
- Background in protein or antibody bioinformatics
- Experience using GitHub for tool management and implementation
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: experience in machine learning, high-performance computing, or experimental antibody discovery
