Full-Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert in Full-Stack development
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to finding solutions for work-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications using ReactJS, SpringBoot, Kubernetes and AWS
  • Implement and maintain application features and functionality
  • Ensure applications meet quality standards and performance requirements
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development


    • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Must have skills: Proficiency in React.js, SpringBoot, Kubernetes and AWS
  • Good to have skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate wireframes into functional components


    • Additional Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Full-Stack development
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent Finnish and English communication skills (mandatory)
  • The candidate must be resident in Finland (mandatory)
