User Experience Designer

Overview:

Our client is a global technology company with a growing Centre of Excellence based in Cork. The team is responsible for delivering innovative, user-centric digital products that serve a wide range of industries. One of their key platforms is a mobile and web-based application that supports compliance reporting and inspection management across a variety of systems.

As they continue to expand their product offerings, they are looking for a Contract UX Designer to support design efforts across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing, cross-functional team driving real-world impact.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements
• Design high-quality user experiences for both mobile and web applications
• Create and maintain design systems and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Deliver wireframes, mockups, and UI components for engineering teams
• Present design ideas and workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to planning and brainstorming sessions as part of a collaborative team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of UX design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma (including design systems and prototyping)
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for both mobile and web
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field
