Product Management Professional - Apprenticeship

We are looking for an Apprentice in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area who will be trained in 2 years as Product Manager Professional

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As Product Manager Professional some of your main activities will be:

• Coordinating local rollouts of new products
• Constantly observing relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).
• Potentially acting as technical support internal/external during the product-/system range lifetime, accompanied by your tutor.
• Acting as a Technical Ambassador to Head Quarter
  
  

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate in Engineering, or you have a technical background (Diploma or ITS)
• Previous technical or commercial experience as an intern is a plus
• Openness to think about product value selling (Negotiating and closing deals by emphasizing the value-add for the customers)
• Receptiveness to acquire and use knowledge about digitalization trends and always stay updated with them.
• Openness to know and apply binding standards and regulations
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
