The tribe meets our customers evolving needs by providing embedded offerings and services such as the Core Cards Platform, Digital wallets, Accounts & Payment solutions, and many other competitive edge services that go beyond traditional banking while promoting sustainable practices.

We are a team of engaged and experienced professionals committed to excellence in high-quality software development. Our work location is our wonderful office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Squad owns critical systems on various technology stacks and platforms, such as .Net C#, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure DevOps, and executing the migration of our services and workloads towards AWS.

You Will

• Work on developing and managing a system that is key for everyday banking customer journey products and experiences, and have a direct effect on our cards, accounts, and payment services, which help our customers across Nordic countries
• Have the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes projects as well as have an important part in leading digital transformation in the Tribe
• Serve as a technical expert in Full Stack development, guiding the design, coding, and debugging of applications.
• Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they meet quality, scalability, and performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Implement effective development and security practices, focusing on cloud-native applications
• Collaborate constructively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and other development teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions with a willingness to meet goals
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and availability
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Microservice, CQRS, TDD, SQL, Monitoring, Observability, and other related services. Good exposure on PubSub and Kafka streaming services
• Hands-on with CI/CD and DevSecOps methodologies. Well-versed in Terraform, a good understanding of containerized and cloud-native applications, and the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL). Minimum 4 years of experience with Kubernetes with On-Prem or public cloud
• Experience in the financial industry or other regulated industries or environments would be considered as a bonus
• Experience with customer journey products and services and understanding a customer-first mindset would be considered as a bonus
• Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
