IT Operations - Incident Manager

At CORUS we are looking for an Incident Manager to join our IT Operations team on an international project.

Location: 100% remote from Spain

You will:

• Manage activities for identifying and resolving IT incidents to quickly restore services.
• Coordinate different teams to ensure a fast incident resolution.
• Collect and analyse metrics from systems and applications to identify and resolve issues and optimize behaviour.
• Conduct analysis sessions to identify the primary cause of IT incidents (problem management).
• Manage incidents regarding complex mixed architectures (on-premise/Cloud).

You should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in scientific disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of distributed and Cloud systems, with preferred qualifications including knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud.
• Proactive approach in identifying potential issues and areas for system improvement.
• Knowledge with ServiceNow or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and DevOps methodology.
