Your role

Are you interested in working in financial services, and have an awareness of analytics and software engineering, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

• work on aspects making the testing experience better for all engineers at UBS
• contribute to components such as AI assisted UI automation or a DevOps test evidence store
• learn about Infrastructure as Code and DevOps platforms by being part of the banks’ DevOps platform team
  
  

Your team

You'll be part of the Core Platform Engineering team within the global Technology Services division. We are a team of engineers integrating solutions for the UBS developer community in the testing domain. The team operates agile and is distributed across multiple locations.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has experience with Java, Python, and cloud technologies
• has experience with the DevOps flow and respective tools (preferably Gitlab)
• has experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform and Ansible)
• good understanding of operating systems and how to troubleshoot applications
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
