This position has long-term growth plans - in 1 year, you could be leading a team of Backend Engineers!

Lead Backend Engineer - Opportunities:

• Architecting and developing robust backend systems for complex financial platforms;
• Leading code reviews, shaping system design, and setting technical direction;
• Collaborating closely with Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and Security teams;
• Tackling engineering challenges with clean, efficient code;
• Mentoring engineers and sharing your expertise across the team.

Lead Backend Engineer - What You Bring:

• 8+ years of backend development and architecture experience;
• Mastery in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot;
• Strong grasp of SQL, MongoDB, and scalable database design;
• Experience across the full SDLC, from idea to deployment;
• Leadership experience in full-stack environments.
