Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR administrative tasks, help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Help onboard new hires and coordinate orientation sessions
• Handle employee queries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters
• Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
