Program Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project/Program Manager for a contract position with a client located in Windsor, ON. We seek an experienced professional with data acquisition and development diagnostic tools such as INCA, Vector tools: CANalyzer, along with at least 5 years of experience in engine, transmission, or EPT calibration in an automotive environment.

Project/Program Manager - Windsor, ON/Hybrid(3 days Onsite)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in engine, transmission, or EPT calibration.

• Data Interpretation: Ability to read and analyze engine, transmission, and EPT controller data.

• Software Release: Experience with software release processes.

• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as a team member in a cross-functional environment.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Diagnostic Tools: Must have experience with data acquisition and development diagnostic tools such as INCA, Vector tools: CANalyzer.

• Valid Canadian driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Project Management: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of electric motor calibration techniques and tools.

• High Voltage Experience: High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain experience.

• Troubleshooting: Experience with electronic system-level troubleshooting and embedded controls/complex function root cause analysis.

• Diagnostics Fundamentals: Understanding of diagnostics fundamentals.

• Hands-On Tools: Extensive knowledge and hands-on use of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools (such as oscilloscopes).
