Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Programmer with a strong interest in full-stack web development and a passion for solving real-world problems with elegant code. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of projects that directly impact the future of real estate technology.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js

●     Implement responsive UI components using modern CSS techniques

●     Contribute to backend services and API integrations

●     Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

●     Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions

●     Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

●     Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

●     Learn and grow within our DevOps culture, supporting infrastructure and cloud tooling when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●     Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks, especially React and Next.js

●     Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

●     Knowledge of version control systems (preferably Git/BitBucket)

●     Strong problem-solving and communication skills      

●     Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Experience (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

●     Java and SQL programming knowledge

●     Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)

●     Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and BitBucket Pipelines

●     Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

●     Experience working in a DevOps environment

●     Familiarity with development tools like Eclipse, VS Code, and Cursor
