WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an AI Engineer, you’ll:

• Develop and maintain LLM-powered systems that improve educational outcomes
• Build pipelines and infrastructure for NLP-driven features in a real-world production setting
• Research and evaluate both open-source and proprietary LLMs to guide product decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists
• Support and evolve AI capabilities as part of a cross-functional team

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• 3+ years of commercial AI/ML experience, including 2+ years working with LLMs and NLP in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers)
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Strong understanding of deep learning, model deployment, and MLOps
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced product teams
• Passion for education, ethical AI, or socially impactful work

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…

• Experience in EdTech or education-focused products
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or responsible AI techniques
• Exposure to production-level AI systems and performance monitoring
• A track record of shipping generative AI features or prototypes
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, AI, ML or related discipline
