Product Manager

Our client is one of Australia's leading cryptocurrency investment trading platform. As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a visionary and execution-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of their product. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, security, and user experience, helping users invest and interact with digital assets confidently.

Scope of the Role

As Product Manager you will co-own the roadmap with the CTO from ideation to launch and beyond. You will regularly partner with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless product experiences for the users. You will drive user research and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities whilst prioritising features and enhancements based on impact, risk, and feedback. On a broader scale you will collaborate with leadership on strategy, ensuring the product direction aligns with broader company goals. You will stay ahead of crypto trends, DeFi protocols, and competitor products to inform your decisions

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years in Product Management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms
• Strong understanding of crypto fundamentals: exchanges, wallets, trading pairs, etc.
• Proven track record shipping complex B2C or B2B products
• Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for translating insights into action
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
