JOB DESCRIPTION :

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience developing .NET based applications (.NET Core 5/6/8 and .NET Framework 4.8).
• Expertise with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Demonstrable experience in leading development teams and coaching developers.
• Strong experience in coding, testing, and debugging.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodology (able to take a leading role).
• Solid understanding and use of:
• Entity Framework / NHibernate (ORM frameworks)
• MS SQL Server 2016 (Database development)
• REST APIs
• Visual Studio 2019/2022
• Azure DevOps Server (CI/CD pipelines, work management)
• Experience with RabbitMQ and MassTransit (message brokering).
• Proficiency with IIS (hosting web applications).
• Experience using Serilog (structured logging).
• Familiar with FluentValidation (validation framework for .NET).
• Knowledge and experience with GraphQL.
• Ability to work in a SCRUM/XP Agile development environment.
• Language Requirement: Dutch at CEFR Level C2 (full professional proficiency).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Angular 2+ and TypeScript (for front-end interaction).
• Experience with NgRx (state management in Angular).
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch (search engine/database).
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Server and GIS tools like ESRI and QGIS (geospatial data processing).
• Working knowledge of MS SharePoint 2019 and MS CRM 2016.
• Experience with SonarQube (code quality management).
• Exposure to Application Insights / Azure Monitor (application performance monitoring).
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• Understanding of Azure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Knowledge of manure bank operations, agricultural legislation, and manure policy matters (strong advantage for domain fit).
