👉 Project Description

We are supporting one of our preferred partners on a major initiative to robotize and automate industrial facilities. This strategic transformation leverages AI and deep learning to drive smarter production, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the technical development of intelligent systems within this program. You’ll drive innovation through advanced image analysis, anomaly detection, breakdown prediction, and contribute to designing scalable data architectures for long-term AI deployment.

Your tasks will involve:

• Lead AI development for robotization, automation, and smart manufacturing
• Mentor a junior AI engineer and set the technical vision for AI integration in production environments
• Develop and deploy models for: image-based anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, data preprocessing, augmentation, and real-time analysis
• Contribute to the design of data pipelines and AI-friendly architectures
• Collaborate on AI strategy, toolchain selection, and scalable solution design
• Validate and optimize models through testing, A/B evaluation, and continuous improvement

👉 Your strengths

• Master's in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial AI, ideally in manufacturing
• Expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning
• Strong programming in Python and C++; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience with AI system design and data infrastructure in complex environments
• Fluent in French & English
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional, multicultural teams
