IT Analyst - Banking Infrastructure & Platform Modernisation
Assignment description
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst for our client in the banking sector to work on a Change programme involving infrastructure and platform development for modernisation particularly for Mainframe environments.
Detailed description of work task to be carried out
- IT Analyst consultant role for Core Tech to plan and execute Technology Modernisation based on the exit discussions and beyond the early workshops
- Support in Core Technology E2E planning to help realise the exit plans for platforms, including Mainframes
- Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives
- Coordinate internal dependencies between the CTO Service Domains and agree on external dependencies with external stakeholders
- Reporting to the Tech Strategy Programme Lead and relevant governance (i.e. Programme steering and Core tech Change Forum)
Description of knowledge and experience
- Proven delivery track record, delivering highly complex change programmes involving infrastructure and platform development and modernisation, particularly for Mainframe environments
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Experience delivering change initiative in both in Traditional and / or Agile methodology
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and in writing
Assignment start date: as soon as suitable candidate is found
Duration: 31.12.2025
Location: Helsinki, Finland (on-site is expected a few days per week with 3 days per week remote work possible) candidates should already be based in Finland
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
