The product’s fine-tuned AI models specialize in solving business problems such as specifications management, functional design, design verification and generation of 3D models.

About The Role

The Junior Machine Learning Engineer role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work at the heart of Temelion’s agentic AI-based platform.

From developing and putting in production state-of-the-art Knowledge Graph and LLM technologies, to comparing, benchmarking and optimizing our systems, the candidate will embark on an exciting journey !

The role offers a balanced mix of Data Science, Data Engineering and ML.

The person in this role will be working in close collaboration with Temelion tech and product team, while benefiting from supervision and growth opportunities with senior members of the team.

Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• Understand Temelion client problems and provide data insights and recommendations
• Curate, assemble and maintain high-quality datasets
• Implement, design and test prototypes
• Implement, design and test AI models (in-house, fine-tuned or external)
• Implement, design and test agentic workflows that use internal and external tools
• Contribute to designing an easy-to-use and client-friendly human/machine UX
• Maintain a constant technology watch on AI (LLM in particular) to benchmark technologies
  
  

About You

The successful candidate shall have passion for all data challenges (acquisition, transformation, processing, etc.), for solving hard business problems using state-of-the-art AI models and tools.

Working in an agile, innovative and fast-paced environment is a must.

Skills Required

• You have 2+ years experience as an ML engineer
• You have a solid expertise with Python and Pytorch (or similar frameworks like scikit-learn / Tensorflow / Keras)
• You have a working experience and knowledge of LLMs and Agents (APIs, model benchmarks, fine-tuning datasets)
• You have a solid theoretical background (mathematics, machine learning, deep learning, statistics, etc.)
• You are a problem solver: you like finding impactful solutions to complex problems
• Having trained or fine-tuned deep learning models is a plus
• Experience with cloud stack (AWS or GCP) is a plus
