Senior Network Engineer - Frankfurt/Remote

Join a fast-growing hosting company based in Frankfurt, specializing in datacenter hardware solutions and Web3/blockchain hosting. They’re looking for a Network Engineer to support and scale their core and datacenter infrastructure across a high-performance, multi-vendor environment.

You’ll be working hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista devices, managing dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), ensuring uptime, and supporting customers through their privately owned datacenter. The role involves a mix of network design, monitoring, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on scalability and high availability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in layer 2/3 networking, a deep understanding of modern datacenter environments, and a passion for infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a team that's driving the next generation of Web3 and blockchain hosting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure within their data center facilities. (VxLAN, EVPN)
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Arista and Juniper switches to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• DDoS Prevention & Strengthening
• Conduct regular network audits and ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
• Implement and manage VLANs to segregate network traffic effectively.
