Salary Range: €80,000 – €100,000 DOE

We’re looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our clients Solutions & Innovation team, where cutting-edge technology meets real-world impact. You’ll design and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform operations for global telecom operators and capital markets leaders.

What You’ll Do – And Why It Matters

• Design & Build Smart Models - Develop advanced models for time-series prediction and anomaly detection. Push the boundaries of what's possible in AI while solving high-value, high-impact problems for global clients.
• Solve Real Business Challenges - Tackle real-world use cases such as RAN anomaly detection, financial time-series analysis, and network optimisation. See your models come to life in complex, mission-critical environments—making decisions that matter in real time.
• Engineer Scalable Data Pipelines - Build robust data ingestion and transformation workflows with GCP tools like BigQuery and Cloud Functions. Work with clean, reliable data at scale—so your models have the best foundation for success.
• Deploy AI into Production - Use Vertex AI and Cloud Run to serve models with RESTful APIs for seamless integration. Go beyond experimentation—see your solutions deployed, used, and delivering real value to clients.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines - Work closely with solution architects, cloud engineers, and domain experts in workshops and delivery cycles. Learn from specialists, share your expertise, and grow in a high-performance, cross-functional environment.
• Monitor & Optimise for Excellence - Define evaluation metrics and implement logging and retraining pipelines. Build resilient, maintainable systems that continue to perform long after go-live.

What You Bring – Your Edge

• Advanced Python & ML Skills: Bring models to life using TensorFlow or PyTorch with confidence and clarity.
• Time-Series & Anomaly Detection Experience: Understand complex multivariate signals and detect what others miss.
• GCP Expertise: Confident in using Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and more to build cloud-native AI solutions.
• API & Production Readiness: Comfortable making models accessible, scalable, and production-grade.

Bonus Points – Nice to Have

• Experience with telecom KPIs (latency, SINR, jitter) or financial datasets (trade logs, FIX messages)
• Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks and Transformer-based models
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, RAN telemetry, or trade surveillance
• CI/CD skills using Docker and GitHub Actions
