DevOps Lead – AWS

Location: Dublin – hybrid working after initial on-site onboarding

Salary: €110k-€115k + bonus + benefits

A rapidly growing B2B SaaS company are seeking an experienced Platform Lead to establish and scale their Cloud Operations and Centre of Excellence.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to drive best practices. You will be an expert in one of the following areas with broader knowledge of the rest: CloudOps, SecOps, FinOps, DevOps, Observability, Infrastructure and Release Management.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and cost efficiency of the internal and external infrastructure.

Knowledge and experience

• Track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation in Tech Operations – you are a data led decision maker
• Proven ability to build and scale teams, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic oversight.
• You are a player manager, someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and being hands-on when needed
• Ability to define the definition of “done” before deployment to developers – ability to create a well architected checklist
