Treasury and Retirement Funds Internship

Introduction

Treasury Operations - Manage cash, payments, liquidity, FX risk, and banking relationships while ensuring smooth global financial transactions via IBM's inhouse bank.

Retirement & Pension Fund Management - Work on investment strategy, asset allocation, and risk management for corporate retirement funds. Provide support to the Pension Plan fiduciary boards. Manage the operations on behalf of the Pension Plans.

Financial Data & Risk Analysis - Utilize data-driven insights to enhance treasury decisions, identify and manage risk, and optimize cash flow.

Digital Transformation- Drive automation and AI-powered financial tools to modernize IBM's functions.

Strategic Finance & Compliance - Ensure IBM stays ahead of financial regulations, investment policies, and risk controls in a global marketplace.

Your role and responsibilities

Financially Savvy: You have a passion for Treasury, Investment Management, Operations Management and Risk Analysis and an understanding of global financial markets, FX, and liquidity management.

Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with financial models, analysing cash flows, and optimizing financial strategies. Proficiency in Excel, financial data analysis, and risk management tools is a plus.

Tech-Driven: You are eager to leverage AI, automation, and digital transformation in Treasury and Retirement Fund Management. Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial tech tools is an advantage.
