Are you a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating impactful design systems? Mighty is looking for a full-time designer based in Stockholm (with remote flexibility) who can help craft seamless, engaging digital experiences for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma to ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the designs meet the needs of users and stakeholders.

• Work across the full design process, from concept to final handoff, ensuring a high standard of UI/UX design and functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on creating design systems in Figma.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and the ability to solve complex design challenges.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and iterating on designs based on feedback.

• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior team members.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
