Your day-to-day:

• Be a part of the team which maintains thousands of servers around the globe
• Work on infrastructure arrangement, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Automate everything or as many things as possible to get rid of manual job
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Work together with PMs and Development team to find the best technical solutions
• Implement new solutions to make our products better
• New ideas & projects are always welcomed!
  
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• Linux OS. Strong administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scripting (Bash).
• SQL Databases Administrator. End-to-end management of MySQL/PostgreSQL (install, configure, tune, secure, backup, HA, upgrade)
• Administering Kafka. Deployment, management, tuning, and monitoring of Redpanda/Kafka brokers, understanding core concepts and KPIs.
• IaC. Proven experience with Ansible and Terraform for data infrastructure management
• Observability. Expertise with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, PMM) and defining SLOs/SLIs for data platforms
• Networking. Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills, ownership, and understanding of relevant networking (TCP/IP, DNS, LB).
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD)
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
• Experience with NoSQL (Redis/Keydb, Cassandra/Scylla, MongoDB) or data streaming
• Scripting skills (Python/Go).
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity (GitLab CI/CD)
• Advanced HA/DR design and testing
• Advanced data security knowledge (encryption, vulnerability management)
  
  
  

Salary:

• Gross salary from 2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience
