Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a super user for various customer solutions including self-service systems, tracking applications, and returns tools.
• Responsible for creating and updating solution materials, manuals, and training information.
• Actively participate in the change management process, initiating improvements where necessary.
• Establish and monitor success KPIs to ensure optimal use of customer systems and awareness of new features.
• Provide consultations to internal and external stakeholders on services, relevant processes, and application topics.

What We Expect:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing products or projects, preferably in IT domain.
• Basic understanding of software development nature.
• Experience in developing training materials and manuals and conducting training sessions.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in assessing situations, identifying problems, and finding effective solutions.
• A strong sense of duty and ownership over assigned tasks and products.
