Cyber Risk Specialist

My client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is looking for a Senior Cyber Risk Specialist to join their high-impact Cyber Design team. This team is responsible for driving secure, resilient systems and ensuring regulatory alignment across the group — particularly in how third-party vendors are assessed and managed.

Working in collaboration with colleagues across the Nordics, Lithuania, and other global hubs, you’ll evaluate the cybersecurity posture of external partners and vendors, helping the organisation make smart, secure decisions at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess due diligence questionnaires from third parties and evaluate their compliance with cybersecurity standards
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate third-party risks using internal policies and industry best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert to the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team and internal stakeholders
• Deliver clear, actionable insights from complex risk scenarios
• Stay up to date with industry, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Ensure transparency and accountability through well-documented analyses

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a Cyber Risk or Information Security role (We can consider senior profiles too)
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and third-party/vendor risk
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or similar)
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
